Fat Model SS

The Fat Model SS is a direct Single coil replacement. Fat Tone starts with a high quality Fiberboard Bobbin, then wind with Era Correct Heavy Formvar 42 wire and use only the highest quality Sand Casted Beveled Alnico 5 Rod magnets and Vintage Black and White Cloth Leads. They offer the Fat Model SS in 3 different output levels with choice of Cream, Black or White covers. The Middle position pickup is Reverse Wound, Reverse Polarity (RWRP) for noise cancellation in the 2 and 4 positions. Believe it or not, the Fat Model SS has very low hum and noise compared to most single coil pickups.
